We service all makes and models, including European and diesel vehicles, and are known for honest recommendations, a thorough comprehensive approach at every visit and long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide excellent customer service
• Document vehicle concerns and service requests
• Present estimates and explain repairs clearly
• Schedule appointments and manage workflow
• Communicate with technicians and clients
• Maintain accurate invoices and service records

Qualifications

• Independent Repair Facility Service Advisor experience preferred
• Knowledge of the automotive repair industry necessary
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Professional and reliable

• Sales or customer service background a plus
